Our client, a highly acclaimed top tier international firm are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Leeds team.
 
Their well-regarded real estate team advise on a number of commercial property cases. These cases include:
 

• sales and purchases
• landlord and tenant
• property management

You will ideally have around 2yrs' experience working within a highly regarded regional/national firm working on a high volume of commercial property matters.
 
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have experience advising many high-profile clients on a number of retail, office leisure, development and regeneration schemes. You will also have the chance to build a new client base.
