Your new role
Joining this fantastic team you will act for a broad client base including some of the largest private land owners in the UK, providing the full raft of non-contentious agricultural advice. The advice that you will be providing will range from acquisitions and disposals of agricultural land, promotion for development through to rural asset management and securitisation of agricultural land. This job will give you the opportunity to continue to build upon your established property experience with this highly experienced team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will either have had a background in Agricultural Property or be a Commercial Property lawyer with a demonstrable interest in Agricultural Property. You will have worked for a leading property practice and be used to carrying your own caseload, while supporting your team on larger complicated matters. For property lawyers without an agricultural background, a demonstrable interest in this area and willingness to embed yourself in this sector will be crucial.
