This firm is one of the world’s most elite US law firms acting on high profile Finance deals.
The London Finance team is rich in talent and is led by prolific partners. The team is currently expanding and is looking to hire a Newly Qualified finance lawyer, as well as further Junior Associate hires.
A Newly Qualified lawyer in the Finance team will be involved in representing global corporations and private equity funds in a wide range of financing arrangements which include both syndicated credit facilities, structured and liquidated credits, acquisition finance, high yield debt offerings, mezzanine financings and securities offerings.
An associate within in the team can expect to take on large amounts of responsibility from the outset from being involved in all aspects of negotiation through to closing complex transactions.
The firm places enormous emphasis on the development of their junior lawyers, and therefore ensure a foundation of continued training and mentoring.
Applications are welcome from September 2019 Newly Qualified lawyers and upwards.
Newly Qualified lawyers at this firm can expect to receive amongst the highest rate salaries available to London-based Associates, with the firm offering New York salary scale packages across all its international offices.
