An innovate FinTech organisation based in central London that partners with some of the largest brands in the world. This organisation has won numerous awards for its services and processes over 2 billion transactions annually.

Your new role

An opportunity for a commercial/technology lawyer to join the in-house legal team on a part-time interim basis for ten months (maternity cover). This will be a legal consultant role with a certain degree of flexibility. You will draft, review and negotiate a wide range of business-critical commercial contracts and technology agreements. You will work closely with teams across the business, proactively adding commercial value as an integrated business advisor.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a UK qualified lawyer with 5+ years' PQE, and experience either at a reputable firm or in-house legal function. You will have had exposure to technology and commercial contracts, with demonstrable experience of negotiating and drafting agreements. Payments specific industry experience is not a pre-requisite though any experience would be welcomed. You will be accustomed to building relationships and managing stakeholders at all levels.
