The firm is seeking an Intellectual Property Senior Associate / Partner to join their City of London office.

The IP department has experienced a surge of growth recently, with further growth planned, making now an exciting time to join. Within the last two years they have had Partners from heavy-weight City and US firms join the team. You will deal with a varied client base, they have strength in the Public Sector, Technology, Retail, Manufacturing, Engineering, Martine, Media and Trade sectors. The caseload will include; Patents, Copyright, Registrations, Licensing, Infringement, Designs, Database rights and Trade Secrets. You will deal with a client base that spans the Country as well as large International companies. It is this level of variety that will make for a very interesting role

This role comes with very good prospects for progression including leading a team and Partnership.

• You will be an Intellectual Property Senior Associate / Partner with at least eight years PQE (there is no upper limit on PQE)
• You will have a track-record of developing and growing business
• Experience of mentoring and management is to advantage
• You should be ambitious and want to progress
• First-rate technical knowledge is essential
