Job Details
This superb international firm is seeking a senior corporate associate for its celebrated Hong Kong team.
The firm's leading practice has an established client base with a wide reach across the APAC region, it often advises on landmark and innovative deals in the Asian Pacific markets.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience from an international firm of similar ilk and will have experience in both public and private M&A as well as general corporate matters. Mandarin skill is preferred as the role involves extensive communication with PRC clients. HK qualification would be ideal, but those coming from overseas will also be considered (the firm will assist with relocation).
In return, the successful candidate will receive a generous compensation package (salary plus bonus and superb benefits), as well as joining a successful team in a role that is designed for the incoming lawyer to progress within the firm.
