Job Details
This fantastic international firm is seeking a junior-mid level corporate finance associate for its high-quality Hong Kong team.
The firm's leading practice has an established client base with a wide reach across the APAC region, it often advises on landmark and innovative deals in the Asia Pacific markets.
The ideal candidate will have at least one full year of experience from a similar international firm (or good quality local firm) in Hong Kong and will have experience in equity capital markets and sound knowledge of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, as well as general corporate matters. Mandarin is essential and HK qualification would be ideal, but foreign qualified lawyers will also be considered.
