This firm who have an excellent reputation throughout the region are looking to put in place succession plans in terms of their commercial property team and recruit a senior lawyer to the team with a view to offering partnership and a realistic route to a head of department role and even the possibility of equity if this is of interest.

The recruiting department enjoys a top rate reputation in the Suffolk area and are a tiered legal 500 department. They are therefore able to attract a regular flow of good quality commercial work into the firm and act on behalf of clients across a broad range of sectors in matters such as acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases and development work.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be a senior lawyer with a minimum of 8 years experience of dealing with commercial property matters as part of a well respected commercial department.

You will be ambitious to progress your career to a senior level and have the enthusiasm to be the driving force for the future success of your team and department over many years to come.

The salary for this role will be dependent on experience and there will be other benefits such as bonuses, pension contributions, childcare vouchers and much more as part of an excellent package.
