Funds Finance Associates 1+ PQE – Join a US Firm at an Early Stage of its Development in London

We have been instructed on an exciting opportunity for a funds finance associate (possibly more than one) to join an emerging and under-the-radar US firm in its expanding London office.

With the backing of an established network of offices in the US, the London office is looking to grow in various areas including finance, where the focus is on alternative financing, in particular fund finance.

The partners in the finance team have extensive experience of alternative lending transactions including bridging loans and subscription facilities, acting predominantly for the lenders in what is an expanding area of the banking and finance market.

The key selling point of this opportunity is the chance to take on a central role in the development of the finance practice, which will impart a wide range of commercial and technical skills that is simply not on offer at a more traditional law firm environment. 

The team will welcome a bright and outgoing individual who can assist in both leading transactions and in client development initiatives, as the partners look to build upon existing relationships with lenders and create fresh streams of business from new contacts in the industry.
