A leading Lancashire law firm are looking for a IP Solicitor to join their highly regarded IP team.

The firm are Legal 500 listed and highly respected nationally across a multitude of sectors. Their IP department is one of the most respected divisions in the North West and there is an opening for a talented IP specialist to join their team.

The right candidate will be a Solicitor who has worked in a recognised IP team at either a large regional or Legal 500 firm. The work is high quality with a blue-chip client base including FTSE 100 national and international clients. A large proportion of the client base comes from the design and manufacturing sectors.

The role will cover both contentious and non-contentious IP work, and you will be helping clients protect, exploit and develop their brand and ideas. You will provide a variety of services including patent advice, copyright, design, trade-marks, domain name creation, JVA's, enforcement and exploitation.

There is a real team togetherness with this firm and clients care is high on the firms agenda, so work is completed in the best possible manner, rather than in the quickest time.

Salary level will be based on PQE level however will exceed £50,000+ for experienced candidates with a genuine high quality IP background.
