My client is an exciting TMT business based in Berkshire.

It is seeking an Employment Counsel with c.4+ years' PQE to undertake a range of advisory work in close proximity to the business stakeholders, its HR and legal teams and with the employees. It offers an exciting and collaborative environment, a range of quality work and the opportunity to grow and take responsibility. The role will be sole employment lawyer in the UK but will work in proximity to employment lawyers in other jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable dealing with a range of personalities, eager to find solutions and benefit from solid academics and training either in house or in private practice. There will be a degree of flexibility in part/time or working from home.
