You will be an experienced, specialist real estate litigator to be considered for the role.

This leading firm in Manchester has exceptional strength in depth across the board in real estate including a high quality and very experienced real estate litigation function. This specific real estate litigation team has a high internal profile across this national business and does a broad variety of work for a bluechip client base.

The team have a broad practice in property litigation, advising clients with expertise in the leisure, retail and financial services sectors on a wide variety of contentious matters. These include landlord and tenant disputes, rent reviews and lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and contractual disputes. They also give strategic advice on the management of property portfolios. They act for commercial landlords and tenants, public sector bodies and housing associations, property developers, investors, telecoms operators, financial institutions and insolvency practitioners.

The team are fairly open minded in terms of the level of experience a new recruit will have though ideally they seek a 2 years plus real estate litigator and will look up to and including senior associate level. You'll join an established team and a friendly and supportive culture. The team have further ambitions to grow in the next few years and work volumes remain high and stable.

You will be able to perform client facing roles as well as being technically astute. You'll be a team player, recognising the role that you will play in helping to develop the reputation of this already outstanding team.
