Top rated London law firm with a wide range of corporate, institutional and private clients are looking to hire a Commercial/IP/Sports Law Solicitor, min 4 yrs PQE.

You will primarily report to the head of the Sports Business Group and work under supervision advising a diverse range of clients, from start-up businesses to major listed companies on a broad range of commercial matters, with a strong focus on sports-related clients.

The successful candidate will:

  • have experience within private practice in a commercial team with a broad range of commercial experience including IP and technology. Some prior corporate and banking experience will also be beneficial;
  • have experience in working within the sports sector (whether in house or in private practice) and will have a reasonable expertise in and understanding of sports law;
  • be able to demonstrate a commitment to specialising in commercial law and in particular within the sports sector; and
  • be proficient in supporting business development activities (and must have a strong desire to engage in business development generally). You will have started to develop a network within the sports sector and (ideally) a client following.
