Legal 500 practice in the heart of Liverpool City Centre is looking to add an employment solicitor to it's busy team.

You will be handling a caseload that is an even split of both respondent and claimant work and will be advising on contentious and non contentious employment matters. You will be advising on TUPE transfers, corporate support, discrimination, dismissals, wrongful dismissals, grievances and policy wording etc. This role also affords you the opportunity to undertake tribunal advocacy and you will have lots of client contact.

The firm is expanding and has undertaken a range of new instructions from various work sources and is growing as a result. You will be between 0 - 2 years PQE, although as a newly qualified solicitor, you must have undertaken an employment seat as part of your training contract.
