Legal Counsel - Online Banking

Global, highly regarded investment bank is seeking a Legal Counsel to join the team on an initial 3-6 month contract to support the roll out of a new online banking product.

You will come from a commercial technology background and be responsible for negotiating IT and supplier contracts in relation to their retail banking business.

This role would best suit a lawyer 2-7 years PQE (as a guide) with relevant experience drafting and negotiating IT and technology agreements. You will preferably have trained in a top tier firm and have subsequent experience gained either in private practice or in-house.

Commonwealth qualified lawyers with valid work rights for the UK are also encouraged to apply.
