Due to growth, an opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Banking & Finance Solicitor to join their top-tier rated team based in Reading. This firm are recognised for their modern approach and regularly attract praise for exceeding client expectations.

Due to the seniority of the role, we would like to speak with individuals who can demonstrate a minimum of 2-4 years experience. Previous experience may include: leveraged finance; real estate finance; trade finance; venture debt; asset-based lending and invoice discounting. Any general corporate finance exposure would be an asset. 

If you are an existing corporate solicitor considering a transition into banking and finance, we would also like to speak with you in strictest confidence.

We are looking for a consistently good academic record with a minimum 2:1 at degree level. You should have completed at least one seat in either Banking/Finance or Corporate and preferably have some regional ties to the Berkshire area. A genuine appetite for business development is essential.
