About the Opportunity

In this new role for the business, you will play a key role in providing a wide range of legal support to the entire business. This will be in the form of corporate and commercial transactions as well as business contracts relating to technology automation, real estate (including proptech) and debt financing. You will engage closely with the leadershipboard, advising the business on wider legal issues such as privacy and regulatory matters. You will be relied on for key advice to the business across a range of matters and you will work closely with the senior management team and founders.

About You

A strong corporate/commercial background is key, ideally with experience in fintechor proptech. This is a business facing role and the ability to convey complicated legal advice to the wider business in a clear and a commercial way is essential. In addition, you must be able to roll up your sleeves and advise on areas you may not yet be familiar with but have the ability to find answers and advise accordingly. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a quickly scaling business in the fintechsector in a new role for the business and for the legal team with the opportunity to work closely with the founders and senior management.
