Job Details
A global multi-facetted business is currently looking to hire an experienced litigation lawyer to join their Office of General Counsel.
Reporting directly to the head of the department you will be involved in all group litigation matter as well as:
Providing accurate, timely and pragmatic legal guidance.
Reporting to Legal Director on contractual relationships of concern and other areas of legal risk and briefing the Legal Director on opportunities
Advising on aspects of commercial disputes and litigation
You will be a UK qualified lawyer with at least 5 years' experience gained with a law firm or in-house organisation. You will also have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. The ideal individual will have a proactive, solution-oriented attitude to resolving business issues.
