We have been instructed to search for senior private wealth laterals for this modern, busy and well supported team.

Our City client is seeking experienced and business-minded private wealth lawyers (either an existing partner or someone on the verge of partnership) to assist on tax structuring advice for a wide range of clients.

Given its reputation and approach the existing team is extremely busy. There is no shortage of instructions. So, unusually for partner hires in London, a requirement for “following” is not one of the main priorities (though good client handling and development skills are obviously important). And the team are relatively agnostic as to background; happy to speak to lawyers in London or outside, at law firms or accountants.

This will predominantly be to advise on UK tax structuring matters but also the more day-to-day wealth capital advice around assets, succession and property. Most likely you will be dealing with HNW / UHNW individuals or family offices and people with 1st / 2nd generation wealth, whether res non-dom or UK nationals. There is an existing supply of interesting work and internal referrals, as above, but ideally you will be able to articulate how you would go about growing your own practice.

Private Wealth work is absolutely central to what this Firm does, so this is a very well supported team.
