Our client is a global and Top 50 UK law firm with a focus on the insurance and litigation sector. The firm is known for its enviable client base and handles contentious and non-contentious matters. They currently have an opportunity in their Taunton office for a Claims Handling Administrator to join their professional Indemnity team, that act on the behalf of over 50 insurers in relation to Professional Indemnity claims.

What you'll need to succeed
You will assist a fee earner with their caseload of professional indemnity claims, whilst performing general administrative tasks, therefore you will have some administrative experience gained within a professional environment. You will have experience of standard processes, procedures and systems such as Excel spreadsheets and Word. Ideally, you will have previous experience of liaising with clients and providing excellent customer service.
