Professional Liability Solicitor
National law firm that is rated in many top tier categories is seeking to expand they regarded Professional Negligence team with numbers over 40 members.
This large team acts for a range of leading insurers and professional services firms and across a broad spectrum of disciplines and the role will involve defending claims and providing advice to companies and insurers.
The role will involve working within their Surveying and Construction arm of the professional negligence team, acting on a full caseload of work dealing with In addition to defending claims, the team also specialises in providing insurer clients with advice and guidance on insurance policy coverage issues and handling delicate relationships between insurers, insureds and brokers.
Ideally, you will have an interest in professional disputes and construction law, coupled with excellent academics and a qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE (or equivalent) including surveyor and construction litigation and/or construction insurance.
