About the role
A successful Real Estate Solicitor is required to join a market leading law firm in Liverpool due to their success and increasing instructions. The role will sit within their highly regarded Real Estate team to provide a complete range of legal and advisory services on all aspects of commercial property matters with an enviable client base in the private and public sector including developers, local authorities, academic establishments and healthcare providers.
Role responsibilities include managing a caseload of real estate transactions including residential development, purchase and sale of PRS portfolios, site-set up, easements and statutory agreements, asset securitisation, landlord and tenant and to provide support to other members of the team.
About the Real Estate Solicitor
Given the nature of the work, you will be an experienced Real Estate Solicitor with minimum of 2 years experience in Real Estate matters gained at a reputable firm. Solicitors with higher PQE will also be considered.
You will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner. Strong business development skills with experience in marketing in order to continue the development of this increasingly busy and expanding team is an advantage.
