Our client is a leading Lancashire commercial practice and one of the key players for local businesses.

Alongside its substantive corporate and commercial teams, the employment group has buoyed in a difficult market and has been able to cement strong market share with local business from big to small on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters.

To augment that success they are now seeking an additional employment lawyer to join their ranks.

You will join an ambitious and highly capable team with a focus on respondent work or wider advisory work for businesses. 

If you are bright, have genuine PQE with respondent specific experience (provided there is a strong bias on the respondent side, exposure to Claimant work would not be ruled out) then we look forward to hearing from you. You will have a clear passion for employment work and will find that mirrored in your colleagues.

Given the current structure of the team and to strike the right balance on work levels, it is envisioned that you will have anywhere between 2-5 years relevant PQE.
