Corporate team of this global business is looking to recruit corporate associates from 2 - 4 PQE. The work here will include structuring and reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, funds, debt listings and intra-group financing arrangements, corporate governance and commercial arrangements.
