Very well established firm with fantastic commercial and residential property teams to refer work through to the property litigation team, together with their own standalone property litigation clients.

The firm may not be the biggest in the area but it is still a heavyweight player, particularly with large local Hampshire clients.

Description

As a Property Litigation Solicitor there will be a real range and variety to the work you will be required to undertake. The workload will likely include:

*Breach of commercial or residential leases

*Advising on how to recover possession of residential or commercial property

*Adverse possession claims

*Service of Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 Notices and Break Notices

*Debt recovery

*Party Wall Act, Trespass and Boundary disputes

*Easement and Covenant disputes

*Option/Agreements for lease/sale and other property related contract disputes

*Electronic Communications Code disputes

Profile

You will ideally already be a qualified Property Litigation Solicitor with between 2-4 years PQE, this is, however, for guidance only and other levels of PQE will be considered.

At the more junior end, this will be particularly the case where you have earlier litigation experience, perhaps as a paralegal.

Your experience will ideally have been gained in a large regional (Hampshire/The South or otherwise) or city firm.

You do not need to have had experience in all areas of property litigation covered by the team, but the more the better.

Job Offer

Very competitive salary, good work life balance and a supportive team to enable your progression.
