Commercial Legal Advisor - Charity

A leading UK health charity requires a Commercial Legal Advisor on a 14-month Fixed Term Contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Legal Advisor who wishes to make a positive contribution to the charity sector, experience fresh challenges and make a real difference to people in need.

You will be the lead for:

• Responding to tenders for services from commissioners in the health and social care field;
• Developing in-depth knowledge of health and social care issues;
• Advising on strategic projects and other areas as required.

What you will need:

• Strong commercial contracts experience is essential;
• Proven experience of advising on key risk areas;
• Need to be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure;
• A background in the charity sector is desirable but not essential.
