Legal 500 practice with offices throughout Shropshire & the West Midlands are seeking an experienced Agricultural Property Solicitor to join their flourishing team. This will be suitable for those with experience of agricultural work or commercial property solicitors looking to move into this specialist area in a growing legal 500 and chambers listed firm.

The successful candidate will be joining a team of friendly and supportive lawyers currently within the department making this one of the strongest specialist teams of its type in the area. Due to the strength of the department the firm will also consider commercial property solicitors with a desire to move into this specialist side of things and develop a career for themselves in the agricultural sector, which would set you up for a successful and lucrative career in this specialist in demand area.

The department deals with commercial issues such as the sale and purchase of farms, farmland and other agricultural property, tenancy agreements, diversification projects, development of land issues and lease issues surrounding agricultural land and property. They are able to attract a steady stream of excellent quality work, often high value, from large farm owners and landed estates due to their expertise in this area and are widely regarded as being the "go to firm" for work of this nature.

Salary will be based on PQE level however as this role will suit a Junior - Mid level Solicitor so you will be expecting £35,000 to £50,000 with a healthy bonus and benefits scheme.
