About Us
This highly respected events and knowledge engagement business is a leader in its field and now has a need for a commercial lawyer to join its highly respected legal team for 1-3 months.
The Opportunity
The business is in a state of change and pace and as a result, a commercial contracts lawyer is required to assist with a wide range of matters including collaboration agreements, NDAs, outsourcing and some IP. They business is looking for a lawyer with a broad skill-set who can hit the ground running on a wide range of things.
The role is paying a decent day rate and they are open to people on a full-time or part-time basis.
About You
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial lawyer with in-house experience to join a leading listed company at an exciting time for the business. Initially for a short time, there’s every change the role will be extended. You will also need to demonstrate excellent commercial acumen and the ability to operate in a professional environment with tight deadlines. You will have the opportunity to work with people across the business and as a result, strong interpersonal skills are also required.
