Job Details
Starting in the first quarter of 2019, a city-based Law firm requires an experienced Corporate Solicitor to cover holiday for a period of 2 months.
You will be collaborating with a team of experienced Associates and Partners, focusing on high-value M&A projects, covering a range of industries.
Due to the nature of the role and, the assignment length, we will only be able to consider highly competent specialists, able to manage a varied caseload with little to no assistance (apart from Paralegals).
Should you be a qualified Solicitor (in England & Wales or equivalent), with several years' PQE within M&A matters, please get in touch to discuss further, as my client is willing to arrange an initial exploration meeting, with the possibility of agreeing on a start date for the future.
