An exciting, newly created role has become available with our client, a top US firm with a strong London presence and global reputation. They are looking to recruit a Training and Development Manager to provide guidance and progress across all levels of the business.
Working as part of a small and collaborative team, as the Manager you will be responsible for the continuing education, training & development of the firms’ lawyers trainee’s and business support staff. You will implement and evaluate innovative ways to deliver training, design programmes, identify gaps in training, utilising blended learning approaches in order to distribute a comprehensive well-rounded framework with a focus on excellence.
If you are a Learning & Development professional with a background in law who can develop and maintain strong relationships across a variety of levels, both internal and external stakeholders, have a keen eye for detail, with a working knowledge of project management, developing L&D initiatives and are resourceful whilst simultaneously solution orientated please apply now.
