The role
The firm are looking to hire a Commercial Litigation Lawyer into their flourishing Tunbridge Wells office.
You will join an award-winning litigation team that is led by a team of partners widely regarded as leaders in their field and who are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities and outstanding expertise.
You will deal with a high quality of company commercial matters which includes; Contract disputes, Professional negligence claims, Debt recovery, Director and Shareholder actions, Company disputes, Insolvency and Cross-border litigation.
The broadness and variety of the caseload, will make for an interesting role. This role comes with strong career prospects and career development.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Litigation Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE and I would urge even the most experienced of candidates to apply)
- You should work for a well-known litigation department
- A meticulous eye for detail is essential
- Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
