A Clinical Negligence Solicitor with a background in dealing with Claimant work is sought for a fantastic opportunity which has arisen in Manchester. The role will sit within a busy Clinical Negligence Department to work along side specialists who are ranked as national leaders in this field.

The responsibilities of this role include working on a caseload on behalf of Clinical Negligence clients delivering excellent customer service which is at the heart of this firms success. This firm offer the opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join in making a different given their strong reputation for involvement in ground breaking cases.

Applications will be considered from Clinical Negligence Solicitors, ideally NQ -4 years PQE who have completed a minimum 6 month seat during training and are able to demonstrate a real interest in progressing within Clinical Negligence. It is paramount that you have the knowledge of conducting a caseload from initial instruction to trial and have the ability to demonstrate a commitment to excellent service delivery.
