Job Details
My client is a global financial institution looking to hire a Derivatives and securities financing lawyer on a permanent basis.
The main focus of this role will be on agency lending, securities financing and complex structured transactions. In addition to advisory aspects, the role will have a significant execution element, particularly in relation to the Agency Lending business.
A strong candidate should have experience of derivatives and structured transactions gained in either private practice or in-house. The candidate must have knowledge and experience of legal and regulatory issues relating to Securities Financing and Equity Derivatives and experience in developing solutions to legal problems.
