The role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join this multinational law firm based in the City of London.

The firm has one of the largest Real Estate Finance client bases in the Country. They often have fee earners based internally on secondments giving them an unrivalled working relationship with some of the largest names in the Real Estate/Finance sphere.

This role would prove to be an excellent role for a candidate seeking more responsibility and progression. You will assist world leading Solicitors in a wide range of issues, including secured lending and finance propositions, across borrowers, developers, property funds and businesses.

This role is open to Real Estate Paralegals wanting to specialise in the niche, more focused and extremely lucrative area of Real Estate Finance. However, you MUST have good transactional experience.

Requirements

  • You will be a Real Estate Paralegal with at least one years' experience, with good transactional experience
  • You will have evidence of meeting billing targets
  • You will work very well in a team
  • You will be a personable candidate who can build strong relationships.
  • Your background will be from a Legal 500 recognised regional or city firm.
