The Role and Responsibilities
The Group Legal Team is seeking a Legal Secretary to manage the day to day operations of the department. The position has arisen due to the company’s exceptional growth over recent years and has been devised to support the Deputy Legal Directors and provide legal support to the UK and Rest of the World businesses. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Legal, key responsibilities include:
- Diary Management of senior stakeholders within the department
- Organising and coordinating legal conference calls
- International Travel Management for senior staff
- Coordination legal invoice and expense management
- Updating online filing systems
The role is ideally suited for a commercially astute Legal Secretary or junior paralegal with prior experience working within a Corporate environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential as well as a good ability to manage competing deadline. You will have excellent organisational skills, IT skills, ability to prioritise competing tasks and work under pressure.
