Looking to join a US team who are leaders in what they do?
Supported by a huge global platform, this litigation team excel in what they do across jurisdictions and have expertise on cross-border trust disputes. Whilst you will predominantly focus on trust litigation, you will also work on wider complex disputes when called upon. You will have a great deal of autonomy with clients, enabling you to build on your important client facing and relationship building skills. Being at the centre of head-lining cases will enable you to not only technically better yourself as a litigator, but also build an impressive case history.
You will be the 4th headcount for the team and work with an incredibly down to earth Partner and two Senior Associates. Occasional travel will be needed, since you will be working on cross jurisdictional cases for clients from Asia to The Middle East.
The team are sociable and friendly and whilst they work hard, enjoy working together. It is important this person is both ambitious and team driven.
The ideal candidate will;
- Be 1-3 years PQE
- Have a good grounding in trust disputes they would like to build on
- Be seeking a team who are leaders in what they do
- Have a stellar academic background
