Do you want to work with the leading Tax Litigation team? Do you want to be at the forefront of high-profile cases?
With the team headed up by a leading individual who has worked on some of the largest cases in the Tax world, you will gain priceless mentor-ship whilst working on complex cases. The team is well structured to not only support a junior Tax Litigator but to facilitate progression as you become more knowledgeable and confident in the area. Undoubtedly the most desired Tax team for any Tax Litigator, you will become part of a close network of colleagues who work together for a successful outcome.
You will be heavily involved in intricate cases from day one and have full exposure to clients. You will have a voice within the team and encouraged to lead with parts as you feel comfortable and supported where need be on the rest. Business development is not required but should you be enthusiastic to get involved, opportunities to do so are unlimited.
The Head of Tax is not only an extremely knowledgeable Lawyer who personally likes to have a hand in the development of his team, but also create a relaxed and sociable environment - which include many a trip to the pub when the workload allows it! I have a long-standing relationship with the team and have made several recruits, of whom have gone on to be market leading names within Tax Litigation.
The successful individual will likely be;
- NQ - 2 years PQE
- Passionate and enthusiastic for contentious tax matters
- Experience within direct and/or indirect tax matters from either their training contract or PQE
- A personable individual who works well with colleagues to achieve a positive outcome
- A tax enthusiast who's aim is to become a leading Tax Litigator
