Wealth Management / Insurance Lawyer - Leading Global Wealth Manager

THE CLIENT

A leading wealth management firm is looking for a 3 PQE+* Italian qualified lawyer to join them in a hybrid business and legal role.

THE ROLE

Working with a team of lawyers, you will be in direct liaison with the business on a range of transactions on behalf of the UHNW individuals across multiple jurisdictions.

You will be involved in the following:

• Provide legal and regulatory advice to the insurance / wealth management business on different products
• Advise on product development providing legal advice on a variety of matters 
• Draft, review and negotiate terms & conditions, custody, asset management and service agreements and general legal agreements
• Liaising with external counsel when required

THE CANDIDATE

• This role will be ideal for a 3 PQE +* Lawyer with exposure working with Italian clients/ matters
• The successful candidate will be working for a top tier law firm or financial services firm
• Experience in wealth management, insurance, tax or financial planning would be desirable
• Fluency in Italian would be highly desirable
