Are you an experienced Solicitor seeking a role where you will be well supported in growing your practice, working in a firm with a real family feel?
This firm has a history dating back over 50 years. They are a firm of 15 staff and are multiservice; they have a loyal client base of SME and HNW individuals. The firm has a real personality and is quite traditional; you will have your own office and enjoy a friendly culture that stands this firm apart from the crowd.
They have a people-centred approach where legal talent is nurtured, and staff are given great training and career development.
The firm is currently succession planning and are seeking ambitious candidates that are looking for a platform to progress. You might be a senior associate seeking a route to Partnership, or perhaps a salaried Partner seeking Equity but feel you have hit a glass ceiling. The firm owns their office and have room to expand.
The role
The firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Litigation Solicitor into their flourishing West End, London office.
You will deal with an excellent quality of work, they have had many cases recently before the high court. The caseload will include; Contract disputes, Professional negligence claims, Debt recovery, Director and Shareholder actions, Company disputes, Insolvency and Cross-border litigation.
This role would be well suited to a candidate that may have hit a glass ceiling in terms of progression and Partnership. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-established firm that has real ambition to continue to grow.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least six years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
- The ability to deliver first-class client care is essential
- On offer is a springboard for progression.
- Salary is negotiable and dependent on your level of experience
