Our client is a technology-oriented City firm that is recruiting for an Associate with between 1 to 5 years of PQE in its highly-regarded technology disputes team.
The team advises on trademark and copyright litigation cases, as well as IP protection and enforcement. Considering how tech-centred most of the work is, the team also advises on software and other technology-related disputes.
The high-quality work on offer has an international reach, as associates will work on disputes for some of the most high-profile and complex IT projects worldwide. The client-base includes a variety of customers and suppliers across a host of industry sectors such as the fashion and retail industries.
