Head of Legal

Senior Legal Counsel / Head of Legal role with a fast moving, rapidly expanding business in an exciting sector.

Working closely with the Executive team you will take ownership for the commercial contract process, driving efficiencies and managing risk.
- You will manage high level B2B contract negotiations with blue-chip corporate clients and suppliers.
- Negotiate and draft specific technology agreements including iCloud system and SaaS agreements.
- Manage external legal panel
- Manage the IP portfolio
- Take responsibility with the FD for company secretarial duties

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years PQE gained either in private practice as part of a leading commercial, corporate department or currently working in-house as a senior legal counsel in a similar business and looking for greater autonomy and the 'Head of' role.

You will be a strong negotiator and relationship builder and have a real expertise across B2B contract negotiations.
