Our client is fast becoming a leader in the med tech and health tech space, having developed in-demand products now used by global life sciences and pharmaceutical companies. Using cutting edge technology and AI with a view to contributeto the overall health and wellbeing of the population, the company is expanding exponentially and now need a Life Sciences lawyer to join the business.

The Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to build a legal framework which allows the business to negotiate with life sciences and pharmaceutical companies with a view to products and tech services being taken on by these companies. You will lead these negotiations and ensure the business has the legal support it requires for this growth and development. The business needs a lawyer who is familiar with the pharmaceutical industry and who can negotiate in relation to medical technology, healthcare technology anddigital therapeutics. 

About You 

The position will suit a life sciences or pharmaceutical lawyer who is looking for something different to“big pharma” and who has a keen interest in med tech and health tech. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with one of the most progressive and exciting companies in this space and lead onkey commercial negotiations with new and existing clients. You may already be an in-house lawyer in a pharmaceutical or life sciences business looking to take a step up, or you might be a corporate/commercial lawyer in private practice who acts for life sciences companies looking to move in-house. You will need to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen interest in working for one of the most exciting companies around.
