Senior Commercial/Technology Associate - Top-Tier Practice - Varied Work & Clients

Famed for having the best working culture of any City firm, our client is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Commercial team in London. The firm has an overall focus on advising clients in the entertainment and media and digital business sectors, and thus the work will be both high-quality and varied. Current clients include the BBC, Virgin Media, Facebook, Microsoft, and YouTube, but the firm also works on commercial matters for clients across other sectors, including retail, energy, and financial services – with particular expertise in FinTech and payment services.

The firm has several US offices, as well as a strong presence across Europe and the Far East. As a result, much of your work will be international in nature, and you will have opportunities to be involved in some of the largest, multi-jurisdictional commercial projects.

Ideally you will have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience of a range of commercial contracts matters, including, but not limited to, IT, technology, and outsourcing. You must be comfortable taking a leading, client-facing role on projects, and supervising junior associates day to day.
