Are you a Consultant currently working in a fee share role? We are working with a truly innovative firm with a very unique way of working that stands them apart from any other firm that we are aware of in the market, the firm are a West End based firm but with several other office locations on the horizon. but with the ability to work from home as much or as little as you desire, they have Lawyers throughout the country working from home. This firm are extremely entrepreneurial, as a Consultant you will receive much more in the way of support to allow you to increase your earnings.

Established for over 150 years, this law firm has an exciting and interesting heritage. They were originally based in Canary Wharf and were one of the first Solicitors ever to service two of the country's most well-known Banks. They have deep rooted connections to the City.

This business has experienced natural growth in recent years, with the opening of two new offices. They are a creative, entrepreneurial, ambitious, and forward-thinking practice with an electric feel throughout the firm. The firm has a young and dynamic feel with most of the firm's Partners being under 40. They think outside of the box and have a genuinely refreshing approach to marketing and have recently opened a coffee shop within the firm's office specifically for internal and client meetings.
This role would be a perfect step up for a Lawyer seeking progression and a route to Partnership, and perhaps in a top-heavy department.
The role
The firm are keen to hear from Lawyers in Commercial Property, Residential Property, Family and Corporate Immigration. You should be an exceptional business developer, and whilst the firm will have a constant stream of work to feed you, you should have a network of contacts and be able to introduce work. You will receive a fee split which is one of the most competitive industry wide.
The firms' office HQ is based in the heart of Soho, but they have a network of offices based throughout London. You will also benefit from one of the most lucrative bonus structures in the market.
