An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join the well-regarded Property team of a leading regional law firm, based in Maidstone.
Our client is a successful and award winning regional private practice, who service an impressive client base of PLC, private and institutional organisations.
They possess a strong Real Estate offering. The Group's client list and the quality, range and value of the work undertaken is impressive. They represent all of the various parties involved in Real Estate transactions including sellers, buyers, developers, investors, partners, lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants.
Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a new real estate lawyer from NQ up.
You will have a minimum of 6 months training in Real Estate, gained with a national, or reputable regional practice. This is a great opportunity to join one of the leading Real Estate practices in the region, with the quality of work and client that goes along with that. There are good progression prospects on offer to the successful applicant.
