Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Maidstone
£38,000-£55,000
3+ PQE
Excellent opportunity for a clinical negligence solicitor to join their established practice in Maidstone.
The purpose of the role is to work on defendant clinical negligence matters on behalf of a well known medical organisation. Duties will include:
- Handling a wide range of multi-track claims of varying complexity and value
- Surgical claims
- Non Surgical claims
- Some claimant matters.
To be considered for this role, you must have a background in defendant matters and at least an interest and skill set that lends themselves to claimant matters.
