Are you looking for a new opportunity and interested in joining an extremely successful and supportive team in Oxfordshire?
A long standing Oxfordshire firm are looking to bring on board a corporate and commercial lawyer to help develop the corporate and commercial offering. This role is requires the new, valued member of the niche team to handle their own workload whilst assisting other members of the team as required. However, this is a genuine opportunity to quickly progress to take the lead growing and heading up the Firm's Company and Commercial Department. Work will include:
- Business sales and purchases
- Asset and share sales/purchase
- Company formation and set-up
- Shareholders' agreements
- LLP Agreements
- Review and negotiation of terms and conditions of business
- Contract drafting
You will be given responsibility at the outset, and enjoy a competitive remuneration package.
The opportunity will suit talented individuals looking to use their expertise and drive to take the lead growing and heading up the Firm's Company and Commercial Department.
