Legal Counsel - Professional Services

A global commercial real estate business is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their UK team on a 12 month fixed term contract based in the City. This is a varied role working in a busy, collegiate team environment.

Responsibilities will include:

- commercial contract review and negotiation covering NDAs, service agreements

- supporting the procurement team on bids

- advising on GDPR matters

- providing general legal advice concerning disputes, employment and IP

You will be 3+ years PQE, trained in a reputable firm with experience gained in practice or in-house focused on commercial contracts and advice. You will be able demonstrate strong technical skills, have the willingness to learn and have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work well within a team and with business stakeholders.

Commonwealth qualified lawyers with relevant experience and valid work rights in place are also encouraged to apply.
