Job Details

I am working with a multinational brand in the retail sector who are looking for a legal consultant to join their London team on an interim basis. Currently going through a period of growth, the right candidate would be a commercially astute lawyer, being able to draft, advise and negotiate a variety of contracts in a fast paced and evolving environment. As such, this will provide the right candidate with exposure to their EMEA and UK operations. The role would be fully integrated into the business, working directly with non-legal parties and stakeholders. 

Experience in the following is essential: 

  • Commercial drafting experience 
  • Ability to build strong relationships quickly - both with legal and non-legal teams 
  • In-house exposure (desirable)
