This major UK law firm have an excellent new opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their thriving Corporate practice in Muscat, Oman. Working closely with their lawyers in Dubai and Doha, you'll be assisting Partners in Muscat on a range of Corporate matters for a variety of impressive clients. Work will include M&A (both private and public), private equity transactions, joint ventures, re-organisations, corporate governance advice and general commercial contract drafting. You'll be working on some of the most high profile transactions in Oman, as well as playing a key part in business and practice development. Ideally, you'll have experience of managing a team of less experienced lawyers and of leading on transactions. Their team are seeking someone with high-level experience (gained in either the Middle East, UK or Commonwealth) combined with a strong career path and academic background.
